Instructions: While the video is downloading, the play button will appear faded:
When the video has finished downloading, the play button will appear darkened: . Click on the play button to start the video.

*Please note: Depending on the speed of your internet connection, it will take from 30 seconds to over 5 minutes for the video to start playing.

If you see a black picture but no video, then please download and install the necessary CODEC (738KB) by clicking here. When the CODEC starts to download, click on "Run". When the CODEC is fully downloaded, click "Run" again and select "Desktop" as the destination to download the file. A folder will be created on the Desktop called "GV7020_CODECs". Open this folder and double-click on "InstallCodec.exe".
