Replacing the RP-lite (4 and 8ch) and V600 (4, 8 and 16ch) series systems, our new compact line is built on an integrated platform in a very quiet and small form factor case. The Sentry Compact Series of DVRs provides customers with an affordable surveillance solution for those considering purchasing a box store system, retail package, etc... Unlike the competition, system features and capabilities have not been removed from our Compact Series to meet the price point, rather features and benefits have been added to better cater to this market and its typical application.

Sentry is pleased to announce the release of two new high resolution cameras:

RP-IP831IR-VP-VF-2MP: This 2 megapixel resolution IP camera is a vandal proof mini-dome with a vari-focal, fixed-iris lens (2.8mm – 12mm) and is compatible with our Sentry RP line of hybrid DVRs/NVRs. The camera also features 21 IR LEDs providing black and white video in low light conditions at a range of up to 45ft (15m).

Sentry 5342HIR-700TVL: Replacing the existing 5342HIR, this upgraded model is the same design and uses the same 3.7mm – 12mm as the previous model with a new 700TVL CCD featuring Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) and Digital Noise Reduction (DNR). The 42IR LEDs with up to a 120ft (40m) and built-in heater (-40°C – 50°C) make this an excellent outdoor camera with excellent low light capabilities and resistance to very low temperatures.

Highlights Include:

• Increased Video Storage - Store more video from both analog and IP cameras.
• Solid State Drives - Installing the DVR software and operating system on a solid state drive increases system reliability, resistance to damage from temperature extremes and vibration. System startup is much faster due to increased read/write speeds.

We're pleased to announce the release and availability of the new GeoVision 5MP Mini Fixed Dome IP Camera. This indoor camera offers dual video streaming, and 12V DC and PoE power options.
