Sentry Security Systems Inc. supplies a versatile range of heavy duty, price competitive Electric Door Strikes for wood, aluminum and metal doors as well as doors equipped with a rim exit device (panic bar). All Sentry Electric Door Strikes have a tamper strength of 1500lbs (i.e. over 1500lbs of force is required to force the lock open) and are tested to perform for over 500,000 cycles without failure. They are available in 12V power models.

Sentry Model 2402 Electric Door Strike

The Sentry 2402 Electric Strike has a 1-1/4” x 4-7/8” stainless steel ANSI size faceplate and is intended for use with mortise and cylindrical locksets. It is easily converted from Fail Safe to Fail Secure mode with a switch on the back. Manufactured from corrosion resistant materials with a stainless steel Keeper, this heavy duty strike has a Tamper Strength Test rating of 1500lbs, a Cycle Test rating of 500,000 cycles and a 36 month warranty. It can be used with doors having a hollow metal or solid wood frame. The Sentry 2402 electric strike is suitable for commercial and residential, new and retrofit uses.

Sentry Model 2404 Electric Door Strike

The Sentry 2404 Electric Strike has a 1-7/16” x 7-15/16” stainless steel ANSI size faceplate and is intended for use with mortise and cylindrical locksets. It is easily converted from Fail Safe to Fail Secure mode with a switch on the back. Manufactured from corrosion resistant materials with a stainless steel Keeper, this heavy duty strike has a Tamper Strength Test rating of 1500lbs, a Cycle Test rating of 500,000 cycles and a 36 month warranty. Sentry Models 1960 and 3960 Rim Mount Electric Door Strike

The Sentry 1960 and 3960 Electric Strikes have a 1-3/4” x 9-1/2” stainless steel faceplate. They are intended for use with doors equipped with panic bars mounted on the doors’ interior. Each strike is equipped with a 5/8” thick faceplate and 1/8” faceplate spacers (2 supplied) to allow full engagement of the locking latch. Model 3960 is Fail Safe while model 1960 is Fail Secure. Manufactured from corrosion resistant materials, this heavy duty strike has a Tamper Strength Test rating of 1500lbs, a Cycle Test rating of 500,000 cycles and a 36 month warranty. The Sentry 1960 and 3960 electric strikes are suitable for commercial and residential, new and retrofit uses.
