Sentry SMD-04 Mobile Digital Video Recorder

Building on the success of the Sentry SMD-04 Mobile DVR, Sentry has recently launched a new hardware compressed version - the Sentry SMD-04HC. This edition was designed to meet demanding security applications such as public transportation, law enforcement and military. The SMD-04HC is contained in a small, rugged, vibration and shock resistant case, produces MPEG4 high-resolution video at 120 fps (real-time), allows recorded video to be quickly exported through its USB port and offers a choice of recording options.The Sentry SMD-04HC Mobile DVR supports up to 4 channels of video, 2 channels of audio and gives users the option of selecting recording resolutions from CIF(352x240) to D1 (704x480). The removable hard drive stores recorded video and can be removed and connected to a standard PC to view recorded video. Networking and remote access can be accomplished through its standard LAN Port. This mobile solution comes complete with everything required for simple installation.
